I haven't seen this episode in a long time. I know that its just a cartoon but I wonder if it is possible to drive like that with a boot attached.

there was a lady on parking wars who drove off with the clamp on and fucked her car up. but she got it to break loose and drove off! and no, i do NOT watch this show...

couldn't find the clip on youtube.
