Decal shops are great. Anyone who makes signs for businesses usually can cut you a custom one. that's how I got this stickar for mah sex machine back in the day:

here in boston, M.I.T. has an open shop equipped with, among other things, a vinyl cutter. thats what kHz uses to make custom stickers.
