However, I believe that many of them do so because they have lost their driver's licenses due to DWI's, etc. ( I see many mopeds cruising up to liquor stores). I do have a valid driver's license, and choose to ride my moped whenever I feel it's appropriate."

": It's true - no license is required to operate a moped in Indiana. Where will your rally be? What city?<p>Well, I live on the far east side of Indy, a sort of satellite city called Cumberland. I'm thinking of holding it over at Washington Square Mall.. I've sort of talked to some people there (probably not the right ones, though (: ), and they don't seem to have a problem with it. One security guard offered to set up cones for us. I'm thinking of doing it July 10th, means I'll have to get on the ball and get flyers out. I'm also thinking of ""charging"" an optional entry fee of a few sodas or some bottled water, if it's hot. Although, with the weather we've had here lately, it probably wouldn't be necessary! :) Any suggestions about this would be greatly appreciated!!<br>"
