Hey Miguel,

That horn, button, or relay might have some corrosion (road salt) in it, give it a shot of old WD and see what happens, you might have to clean all connections.

My neighbors car use to do that when it got real cold, usually at night when everyone was sleeping, I guess it got moisture in it , froze, and made the contacts close, damn if I know.
