Trevor loves muriatic acid.

If you love damaging the cells in your lungs and the mucous membranes of your nose and throat you should definitely inhale the chlorine gas created by muriatic acid reacting with your tank!

I keep the spent acid from a tanking and use it to throw all sorts of rusted parts in. If you want to get a ped down to the metal burn the paint with a torch and the use a paint brush to get the muriatic on. It will totally remove paint from small crevices etc once burned

triumph3434, basically you have to get the paint surface to crack and allow the acid to seep under onto the metal. Once the acid starts working, it will cause the paint to fall off in chunks because it dissolves a thin layer of metal under it. Do this in a well-ventilated area.

Make sure you neutralize the acid completely afterwards by letting the parts hang out in a bucket full of water and baking soda (well mixed)
