Look where the handle bars conect to the bike there is a silver tag riveted on around there
no there's no plate, there's the number 548112, thats all
look at the atachment

You can also go by the date stamped on the engine on a plate.
there is no date on the plate on the engine and none where the handlebars meet
20 bucks says its a 1977 batavus with a flat motorcycle seat.
