the picture changes every so often, so theres 2 different mopeds u could be reffereing to. One is black, and looks to be a Batavus Mobat. The other orange/metallic one is a motobecane

the black one is indeed a mobat belonging to a moped army member. (if i'm wrong, someone please correct me.)
