I've been thinking- the kinetic has a head gasket because of poor machining. If I took the head and the cylinder and flattened them, would I be able to eliminate the gasket?
I'm thinking of using valve-lapping compound on a flat piece of tempered glass (if I can find some), to level them both. Do ya'll think this would work?
Or would I run the risk of making a bigger gap if one piece, either the head or the cylinder, is a little off.
