for mopeds.
for mopeds.
Eh, you don't. Using 30w motor oil in a two stroke is 50 years obsolete.
Maybe to lube up the chain or chains . I wouldnt try using it in my moped thats nuts.
I like mine freshly squeezed from farm fresh cars
Car type motoroil can only be used in the gearboxes of mopeds if the particular model has one. But you should be using non-detergent in a gearbox. Fome newer mopeds (Tomos) use automatic transmission fluid.
yeah I used 10w-30 synthetic for my puchs transmission oil
works great.
Type F transmission fluid in Puch E50 and ZA50 only, anything else is unprofessional.
actually oil runs better in a puch and the seals will last longer
Of course if find yourself without 2 stroke oil and have no way to get any say at a gas station then use motor oil--straight weight preferred-- to get you home
straight 30 will run fine in mix it will just smoke like a bastard shit they did it that way up until the 60s the those 50 year old 2 stroke lawnmowers and outboards still run great today
10w40 in my '61 Yamaha transmission. Works great.
suppose you could use it on your foam filter. When I bought a Uni pod for my old VW bug it came with oil that was way thicker than 10w 30 for the outer layer of foam.
stock 77 beetle air filter was an "oil bubbler" as I like to call it.
