Damn you. Damn you.

That is all.

Re: To Portlander Buying Peugeot 103 in Port Oford

You can have it. Drove almost 12 hours today. Excellent condition my ass. Tank was chock full of rust. Went about 10 mph, stalled a lot. We cleaned out the carb while there and it still wouldn't move. They wouldn't budge a dollar on the price. They were pricks, and seriously wasted our time and gas money. Go get it tiger.

Re: To Portlander Buying Peugeot 103 in Port Oford

well that's unfortunate to hear... Now I don't know what to do.

Re: To Portlander Buying Peugeot 103 in Port Oford

Well, I gotta tell ya, kids. I don't know what you were talking about...

There was minimal surface rust in the tank, which would be easily fixed.

Also, the ped ran fine and went 25 for my roommate and I consistently.

We bought it and got it home and it's still fine.

I guess it just wasn't meant to be for y'all.

Oh and Clyde was one of the nicest dudes I've met in a long time. Far from a prick...

Re: To Portlander Buying Peugeot 103 in Port Oford

Clyde was nice to you because you paid $500 for that bike. He told us he wasn't even going to sell it anymore after us because he'd promised it to his granddaughter. but Clyde really just wanted the big $500. I'm glad you thought it was worth so much. Enjoy, it's cute for sure.

Re: To Portlander Buying Peugeot 103 in Port Oford

Yeah, I over-pestered a guy for a grande last year. Never found out if he got $300 for the clutch. I don't even know if he knew where the clutch was.

Re: To Portlander Buying Peugeot 103 in Port Oford

I think Clyde was nice to us because we didn't offer him 40% of his asking price...
