The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Yes yes yes. Here is my Hobbit project for you to drool over.

It's got a 70cc Malossi, 21mm PHBG and a N8P pipe from the wonderful people at Motomatic mopeds (Nate and Rafter, Landsquids). Still got some tuning to do and my Malossi gears, CDI and 6 weight variator shipped from Europe yesterday. Which means, I'm gonna fucking smoke you for dinner! Bye.

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

fuckballs.

good job getting the malossi gears. They way I look at it is, somebody had to do all the performance options for the hobbit and nobody had. Are you still going to mod the variator so the belt can go higher?

But, seriously, good job on doing what should be done to hobbits everywhere. What wonderful machines.

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Want to race my solex for pinks? Nice bike! Not too many Hobbits with mags in the US!

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Mother-fucker.

This is insane.

I still can't believe I let my Hobbit go.

I can't wait do my own insane Japanese build.

sssss my precious

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Hate to rain on your parade, but with those wheels and that headlight, it's a camino.

The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

i have to ask, whered you get the variator from?

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

is it broken in yet?

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

I have a 6 roller variator on the way too. Big things coming from treatsHQ!

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Well done travis, I still like my wheels more. Holding it down for the hobbits, now all the fucks that were hating on hobbits are starting to realize. I miss them being the overlooked treasures

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Very few things make my jaw actually drop.

Nice job.

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

holy fuck.

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

no groms no blasters /

The tank badge looks great. I was going to say that you should have found a way to put the Honda Wing on it, but I changed my mind as soon as I looked a second time.

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Travis, now you have the FANCY bike!

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Pretty bike!

Re: The Hobbit: One moped to rule them all

Thanks guyz. Get your Hobbits now while you can. Puch, Moby, Vespa, Peugeot have had their day in the sun. Now it's the Hobbit's turn. Most of what I have on my bike will be readily available soon from that wack job in SF. Hopefully there will be some more great Hobbit projects coming. But for now... me FTW.
