in ohio do you need a drivers license to ride a moped? i'm talking about if you are over 18...
i have a drivers license but my friend does not and he wants to get a moped.... if anyone knows that would be awesome blossom.

If he doesnt have his drivers license hes going to need to go get a moped license. Test is super easy.
yup if you over 18 and you have a license then you can ride a moped. but if your under 18/ no license you need to get you ped license. i went in and they didnt even test me. idk why not but i got all my papers and my plate. weird.
