I think the champ shares a few parts with the Yamaha Qt-50, check out your local Yamaha dealer.

its at the club shop so dont know of hand did find one one ebay its slow but rides great
I had a chappy that was pretty slow. It would do about 23. Supper strong frames. A friend of mine used to jump the little thing twenty feet or so and it always took it. Tough little guys.
