I just purchased a 1982 Honda Urban-Express. It did not have a muffler on it and ran at about 30mph. I bought and installed a muffler and now it will only get up to 25, if I am lucky. Please Help Me.

The muffler is made to help restrict the speed, you can buy a performance muffler from one of the scooter shops, search the threads, the is stuff back there about express performance parts and where to get them.
