I found this interesting ~ A Mexican moped manufacturer with an Italian Minarelli engine...notice this model is not featured in the MA photo section.
I wonder if these are still made and if they can be imported for retail into the states.
creature jordan had a carabella it caught on fire when he was riding lol.
is this the first moped on fire you were referring to? User error or handy low quality manufacturing?

750 is not bad for that bike, I would go for it if you have the green. Carabela cylinders have some wicked porting compared to an equivalent Minarelli cylinder and can hit 35 pretty easily.
