Just joined the site and am a relatively new member of the Army. Some time ago I was given a bike equipped with a SACHS 301A engine. When I first got it the thing ran great. Having a young son at home at the time and no real need for it I put it in storage. Shame on me. Now with gas prices as they are I see the real value of moped and power assisted bikes. I got it out of storage and now need to do some work on it to put it back on the road. Looking for any help from someone who has experience with this engine. I have found parts available through a parts house in the Netherlands and also Australia. Let me know if you have one of these. Thanks
