Panterra 4-stroke engine

Hello to all: I got a New moped engine at a swop meet, not for mopeds. But anyway,I don't know what exactly it fits. It's called a Panterra 4-stroke 2-spd automatic.Serial numbers are.( 040413359 ) And I was wondering what the value is for a new engine like mine. Thanks for your help.

Re: Panterra 4-stroke engine

looks like that one might just be for a scooter.

Re: Panterra 4-stroke engine

Here is an ad I found by doing a google search on Panterra:

It looks like it is a Chinese scooter sold by Pep Boys

Re: Panterra 4-stroke engine

That's from a scooter . Check the rear near the axle for a model number - If it's a GY6 it's variated If its starts with QMBxxxxx then its a sealed single speed 2-stroke . Since you stated it's a 4-stroke - It probably is a 50cc GY6 .they also made a 150cc version . Most if not all GY6 engine /trans are the same and interchangeable .
