What is the longest trip you have taken on a 49cc to 70cc
machine?
Dallas/Ft Worth is a vast urban sprawl with the possibility of going far with the now street legal Chappy LB50.
It runs 45 mph on level ground in high range. Around 30 mph
in low range.
I need to replace the worn chain and old front tire before going really far. I expect to use it for running errands all around with the only places not to go is where it would be too far out of my sight for too long.

Longs I've done without breaking down was like 60 miles.
As a point of argument however, does any else feel nopeds are more dependable but half as fun?
I did about 150 or more at 35mph on a tomos targa.
I have done just under 20 miles round trip
I think the longest was to grand rapids and back, about 75 miles round trip nonstop. Boy did my ass hurt. Joe

i have did 82 miles
the next day, i snapped the crankshaft
70 with a break in the middle.
ive done 80ish but i was just riding around nonstop

the longest trip i ever have did... was the first night i got my moped, three tanks of gas straight, so i dont know, 200+miles?

when i was 16 and bought a brand new ped it had to be run in for 500 miles,i did it in one day.i only made fuel stops and just kept going.i was dog tired but got it out of the way.
i drank a tea cupfull of mushroom juice........that was a very long trip

so far, riding from seattle to portland is probably the longest ride i've done.. though i've been to a few rallies that probably had close to the same amount of miles in a weekend.
I rode 300 miles in one day, to Cincinnati and back.
I would have to say the ride I took from Kalamazoo to Chicago for BroBQ had to be the longest ride I have ever done. 180 miles, and when we arrived the night ride was leaving! That tacked a good 30 miles more on the bike before the night was done.
1,020 miles from Ohio to Florida.
