O.K. Here's the story. I awhile back you might remember, I was selling a Jawa Supreme 3. The bike was really clean, but I couldn't get it to keep running. So I posted it here so a fellow Army member could buy it and hopefully get it back on the road. It was in so nice shape, it deserved to be back on the road!
So a Moped Army member comes over July 4th. He knew before arriving that the price was $300.00, non-negoitable.
When he arrives he tells me he definitely wants the Jawa, but he only had $280.00 with him. He promised me he would send me the $20.00 balance the following Monday, as soon as he got back home. I agreed, and he was on his way with my $300.00 Jawa that he only paid me $280.00 for. Well, needless to say here we are some 15 days and numerous e-mails later and still no $20.00! I trusted this guy ( believe me this will be the last time I trust someone) and this is how he does me. It's just not right! I will not disclose the name of the buyer at this time, but will if I don't receive my $20.00 I am owed. What do you guys think?
