hehehe

dat was me

The FA50 I have had all the lights busted out/off.

So last night I took the headlight off the parts-bike I got from Ree ... but its got about half a cup of water inside the headlight .. seriously.

Mounted it on and hooked it up .. and it works - water and all.

Hi and Lo beam both work ... but its a sealed beam light with the bulb socket soldered into the shell .. and the lens in front held in by that bent-over metal ring.

So the water is kinda trapped in .. and makes some funny light patterns on the ground as you ride around and the water sloshes around.

Still gotta get the taillight to work though .. so I disconnected it so it doesn't get burnt out by the too-high voltage from running one bulb.

I think I will leave the water in and see if it gets pushed out as the shell warms up......... otherwise I'm gettin some guppies.
