For $900.00 that bike better be giving me a hand job every time I ride it.

You could proboly find that beat up for $50.00. And in that condition, you could proboly get it for 300-500. But if its in excellent and I mean excellent condition, and it runs perfect, and you dont want a bike you have to mess with, then whatever. Its better than having a newer one.
