Will this hobbit bracket work?

I am going to make a bracket for the hobbit swingarm to mount onto the generic general/AMS top tank frame. Trying to figure out if this setup will work. My thought is that the torsion from turning and stress from the weight of the bike centered at the middle of the bolt shaft might be a problem. But i'm not an engineer and I have never built anything like this before so I don't really have a clue what to look for.

Here is the worst drawing possible of the stock hobbit bracket:

The supports are placed at the strongest part of the bolt, near the ends.

Re: Will this hobbit bracket work?

I don't claim to be an expert, but the design seems sound enough. I have seen a bracket on my peugeot like that and it works great, though you may want to add a little support in the middle. Perhaps just add the supports to the existing bracket.
