A stock Ciao is really slow, but they are solid and reliable. The Kinetic TFR is basically a copy of one. The belt drive is great. Parts are available. But they are more of a commuter type moped than something to turn into racer. Nice and basic. Never tried to work on one, but I don't know why it would be especially difficult. They don't even have a transmission. They still brand new ones in Europe, that are just like the old ones here. Peace. Jerry.
