MOPED ARMY

I seriously doubt an officer is going to side with you if someone cuts you off or mouths off to you and you drive up and mace them lol! If you had to retaliate in the process of trying to get out of the way, that I could see, but not the other way. People hassling you, it's just words, let it roll off. People cut you off, let it go. You're operating a vehicle, and it's still road rage and still considered assault. Unfortunately, no matter how much a person may deserve street justice, the law won't side with you just because 'he/she deserved it.'
