A stock Sprint can be ridden around the world in long enough time. Canada is no problem, but you will run into problems once you cross the Mexican border. All the governments down there are corrupt, and you will need money for bribes, and a lot of the people who live down there are criminals, so you will need to be careful that your bribe money is not stolen. A Sprint does not have oil injection. I didn't even know there was an '06 Sprint. It seems like Tomos went directly from '05 to '07. Is it an A35, or A55? You will need better tires, the stock Savas, if that is what it still has, don't wear very well, especially on rough roads and puncture real easy. Peace. Jerry.
