not really. high octane only makes a difference if you have high compression. it keeps the gas from detonating under the high pressure.
Buy half a gallon or something and premix it and put it in your ped and see if you notice a difference. If you notice a difference, then there's a noticeable difference. :)
There is not supposed to be..however I find mine run a bit smoother using it....no more speed or anything..but engine sounds better to me..and come on it is a moped...the cost is neglible!
i do it for the hell of it. its like a 15 cent difference.
