I have a red tomos targa lx with bullet exaust and air filter and i hate the look...... i took of the bullshit front fender and all of the plastic little reflectors and now i need some more shit to make it look more like a moped and less like a damn nock-off mini motorcycle.... i am thinkin bout takin off the rack and cutting the front plastic any other sugestions.

take off the tank and jerry rig a gas can with your gas cap as your tank
Well step one is to remove your muffler belt
step 2 is to get a bigger exhuast jet mainifold it will improve airflow
and lastly take some cooking grease and spray it in your carb and intake.
wiht those simple upgrades you should gain 10 mph and if you really want some speed increase remove the remove the small screw on the side of the carb and replace it with epoxy.
also a cheap add on is to place a cork in your exhuast pipe it will in crease back pressure and give you more torque
why didnt you just get a Tomos ST instead of a LX if you dont like the look of a toptank?

I like Lxs somewhat take off the side panels and they look good, they look good with side panels to but there like a modern magnum.
The seat is like a converter though... i used to be straight than i took an hour ride on it and turned gay pretty much, its just so thin
