It seems at least one house member wants to raise the speed limit for mopeds! I agree. I think the 30mph limit is very 70's.
I think 45mph is about the safest low speed bike for use on suburban roads these days. I get blown away at 30, but when I crank it up, I can almost keep up with traffic.
I doubt this will go anywhere, but its nice to know at least one lawmaker in NC doesn't have his head up his ass.
