ride it and be happy it runs.
customizing sachs is the path to the dark side, frustration, and tears.
Sell it to me so I can make my girlfriend happy....
OK, first, clean the carb...super easy to take off. Then Make sure all fuel lines, valve etc... are good and clear. Change the sparkplug...drain the tank of all gas, rinse through with a new gas, then fill. Look at your tranny gear level, should be right at the grey screw hole opening, if not fill till spill in that hole with 90 W. Check your tires, chain and bearings(repack).
Next smko a bowl drink a beer or do whatecer you do, sit back look at her, then ride her all night cause tonite is the fullest moon ever!

Ride that bitch!!!! I have some air filter parts left over if you need any,
Techno bullet pipe, open air box, upjet after you do the routine stuff. Also check to make sure all bolts are tight.
then ride that bitch :)
do all that shit human said. then check to see if its the resricted exhuast. If it is, rip that shit off and rock a stock 30mph pipe.
Then just ride the thing. They are cool enought looking so that you dont need to do 50 to look cool.
got it...thanks for the info
Us Foxi owners have to stick together ya know. :)
ok I think I have a unrestricted exhaust,
I took off the end baffle thingy, and it sounded like a Harley getting kicked in the balls, so I put it back on...But is there another deal I can do to this pipe ...
not that end. The end coming out of the cylinder. If it gets smaller right off the motor , youve got the restricted one. if not your all set.
you can put a tomos 2 piece biturbo on there if you feel you must. They look good.
I was told by a moped expert that a Biturbo is junk, even if it does look good. Don't know, mine seems to be doing fine. What to do first? Get some money, the more the better. Find a good place to work, tear that thing down to every last nut and bolt, thoroughly inspect all the mechanical parts, throw away anything that is not in like new condition, and replace it with a new part. Reassemble everything slowly and carefully, cleaning all the old parts. Then go ride it. Peace. Jerry.
a TOMOS Biturbo with the flange sliced off goes right in the right place for a Sparta, good for another 3-5 in real miles. I'd try a #55 jet (with stock airbox, 58 without) and put the needle jet clip (holds the needle going thru the throttle slide in the bottom groove of the 4 grooves
My KTM like all KTM Foxi already has a fat header. Just yank out the 'cookie' and drill those holes to 5/16
I like stock, though a mod is tempting, but I would really like to get more low end torqe- any ideas???
