So... I just bought a Moped online from someone fairly close to me. It seems to have a number of items that could use attention..

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to begin? haha!

See below:

"Vehicle Description

Genuine Garelli 1980 Moped - rally sport model. Made in Italy by Agrati-Garelli. Made in March, 1980, model # 3-4980. Sold locally by Carty's Bike Shop, Brooklyn Ave., Sidney, Ohio. Royal Blue color with hard helmet to match Long double seat - no tears in the seat . Stamped Garelli on the back. Short luggage rack with spring hold-down bar - light surface rust. Chrome tire rims, chrome spokes, tires do not appear to hold air, chrome front fender - no rust. Rear brake light and side reflectors good, pedal reflecters cracked. Has orginal ignition key. Engine off/run switch unmounted. Has Off/Low light button and horn button. Has blue right chain guard. Long stem mirror handle on left side - mirror is cracked. GVRW - lbs. 312 - rear; GAVW - lbs. 125 - front. Tire size - 16x135. No title (don't think it needs one) .Has not been run for several years dont know what it needs to run from the condition I cant think it will take much. Wouild be a nice restoration project or just restore and drive to save gas! The moped was owned by my uncle who passed away recently, we are selling to clear estate. Dont really know alot about the moped, but will try to answer any questions you might have, It has always been kept in a garage. Pick up only. I dont think there is another one of these on ebay it is in really good shape for its age with minimal rust and no rust through. Paint is in fine condition. "
