Honda express air filters are obsolete. I tried a uni sock foam
filter but the motor has no power. It seems that the foam is to
much for this little carbureter. any suggestion would be appreciated. Gordon

Get u universal powerfilter with a rubber sleeve. This filter is a paperfilter with a wire-grating over it. These filters are cheap, filter the air very good and allow air to pass easily. Just slip the rubber sleeve on the carb and tighten the sleeve down with a tie rip. Because there will be more air flowing through the carburettor you may have to rejet the carb. If you don't the mixture may be lean and the engine might overheat and seize up.
