Does anybody know if a Jawa 207 engine mounts the same as a 210 engine? It's hard to tell from looking at engine diagrams. I need a stupid engine for a project bike and if I can use a 207 engine it would be swell. Sorry, but the search button on my computer is broken.

It puts the 207 engine in the box and ships it to me or it gets the hose again!

lol...I love how every one refers to me :)
I will take a look today...I may still have parts of a 2 speed bottom end....I think the worst you may have to do is drill one or two holes different and change out the drive chain...but you may not even have to do that, it was like 2-3 years ago but I was going to put a 2 speed on my 207 and I thought it just bolted up, but cannot remember...

2 speed top or one speed btw you should really just buy something complete....I do know the 210 1 speed and 210 2 speed are interchangeable...

I have 2 one speed 210 parts engines that are pretty nasty inside, but the top ends are good as well as all the ignition stuff.

what do you mean by nasty inside, gunked or rusted or what...I had a rusted up 1 speed, what i did was used some lamp oil/ kerosene in it to loosen it up, just move em back and fourth with the flywheel for the tranny and they generally break loose...

pwnt hard tail...I jave a hard tail...They are the best of the jawas as far as ride and stability....

no thanks man. if the engine isn't a piece of poop and turns over well I'd think about buying that. Maybe.

you live in florida I dont want to ship it. But I will tell you this when I got it it came withe a Florida plate on it. I will keep you in mined my aunt and uncle drive down and live in a motorhome in the winter so if I still have it in the fall I will send it down with them.

where do they come down too? If you cant sell it local I would love another hard tail... I have 3 Jawas currently, my first was a hard tail, next two are soft tails from the 80s...
