yeah, don't get too close, finish with files, less than 3mm left and the drill will crack the port! ask me how i know..

Word, sure did, just earlier today after work. I had it perfect too, just had to freggin push it and try to clean up the last little bit. I had the block set so i would not drill all the way through for sure, but i got too close and it cracked anyway, garr. needed an excuse to get a piaggio case anyway i guess. ;p
