Man.. did you ever think to call them? They have an 800 number. Out of all the dealers I have delt with, I have yet to have a problem with any of them , less problems with customs ( which has NOTHING to do with the dealer )

Most dealers will bend over backwards for ya, and I feel the Warehouse has! They have been great!
