my new baby.

my puch back from the painters, getting assembled.

he's my pretty boy.

too bad i'm too retarded to figure out how to put the wheels on.

Re: my new baby.

Nice. The one with the sprockets goes on the back, big sprocket on the left, the other one goes in the front. Hey at least it's an E50, you can get sidecovers for it if you don't already have them. Peace. Jerry.

Re: my new baby.

i know where and how the wheels GO it's just... i don't know where bolts to where and such.

and i have sidecovers. :D

Love the color! Almost like the engine block of my pro street '68 Rambler American.

Re: my new baby.

wow, that is an awesome color. respeck!

Re: my new baby.

Gorgeous!

Re: my new baby.

wow, emily, thats awesome. love the color. i bet you dont miss that honda you had, do you. :D

Re: my new baby.

beautiful work. just beautiful.

Re: my new baby.

It reminds me of that episode of the simpsons where they paint the the building and the lady is like "ah a beautiful sky blue" and then a helicopter crashes into it. Watch out for low flying air craft.

That is one sexy moped. Can't to see it all put back together!

Re: my new baby.

usually i shy away from such colors as this... but this whole set up? classy first word that comes to mind.

Re: my new baby.

i would totally love to paint a moped a sea foam green, but not the green that the maxi sports were, a much softer sea foam green with that same shine.

looks great.

Re: my new baby.

I would ride that. Definitely a classy color for a Puch. I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever paint mine. Peace. Jerry.

Re: my new baby.

nice color!

Green is my fave color, that is a kool green. It looks like it has some pearl in it too. Nice! Good luck, take your time and DON'T SCRATCH THE PAINT! hehe

Re: my new baby.

haha thats a good episode

Re: my new baby.

Wow! You need to find a white seat for it, white side covers, white headlight bucket and whitewall tires! How much did the paint cost BTW?

Re: my new baby.

I second that notion...

Re: my new baby.

and throw one of these on the front fender!

Re: my new baby.

if you want to clean off that faded puch lettering on the seat, use some carb cleaner it will take it right off.

update!

still need the carb on and the wiring, and obviously the front tire.

wooooo!

Re: update!

loving the wood panel! I know a girl in p-town that redoes seats for cheap. She could make that shit white and that bike would KILL IT. Lemme know if you need her number. The one draw back is that she isn't exactly what you'd call fast.

Re: update!

Congrats on having the prettiest bike in portland.

Re: update!

i painted my ped that color too but i have light green mags and tank (puch free spirit).

Re: update!

i think you need to polish the shit out of that engine and replace some of the rusty chrome. paint looks amazing, as do the side covers.

Re: update!

Alan speaks the truth!

The color is so ???Is it blue >green>torquoise Whats it called?really.

Simpsons episode LOL

Re: my new baby.

Pretty much Robins egg blue to me.

Re: update!

Wow !! I love it. I know a lot of guys would say that is a girl color, but a lot of Motobecanes came stock in a color similar to that. It's almost the same color as my former '72 VW bug. I've decided that when I paint my Puch, it's going to be that color. So, yeah, what is the name of that color? You said you had it painted by a shop. Do they have the color name/code? How much did it cost, and do you know what type of paint they used? Although I would probably paint mine myself. Peace. Jerry.

Re: update!

That is lookin just great. I said it before, but I do love those woody sidecovers! Now ya need to paint them whitewalls!
