If there is no garden dept, I park it on the sidewalk near the front door, but not in the way, and put the chain through the spokes and around the long bar that goes down to the tire (whatever it's called). It wouldn't keep people from messing with it, but if someone tried to take it, they'd have to pick it up to haul it away, and that would look kind of suspicious. <br>"
