hey i just bought a honda urban express 83 it sounds fast but when i rev it on the stand it screams when i sit on it and give it throttle it dies out .Then i cheked the fuel valve its pouring gas out is this carbeurator problems.Any ideas appreciated.

Most likely, if you have a manual choke see if playing with that helps. It is possible for the ignition to cause those symptoms but not unlikely.
If it has been sitting a while, clean out the carb, clean and gap the points, check the spark plug etc.

try lowering the idle, may be to fast and letting in to much gas, which will pour out with nowhere else to go but out.
