hey i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem?

im about to buy a '84 silver bullet and i was just wonderign where i could find this "The batterypack is missing that was mounted on the tail rack. This device takes system voltage from the stator and divides it into the turn signals" so any info would be usefull
