The motobecanes are mediocre bikes at best (except the av10 for the most part) but are fun to ride around if you keep them stock. The tanks on the motobecanes are part of the frames and if they rust out and you hit a big enough bump, you'll be riding a very short bike in no time. The pacer isnt bad, the engines on them are indestructible when you leave them stock and pretty good when you mod them. They're all pretty crusty, if you want them all, I'd offer $300-$400 for all of them, If you just wan the pacer, I'd offer $150-$250. That's ohio prices though so maybe they're worth more
