Hey everyone, having trouble getting my new ignition system working. I decided to not run lights and horn/kill switch but still won't work. I put a few pictures to show, I plan on making it look better once it works.

What's not working? No spark at all? Or it won't run?
I installed this setup recently. On first install, I had intermittent problems getting spark. The pickup on the stator was a little loose.
I think your wiring looks correct. The only thing that looks a little suspect to me is the ground strap going to the engine mount bolt. I think it'd get connectivity to the engine that way, but mine goes to one of the intake bolts. Maybe try to ground directly to the engine.

I'll try changing that ground but no still no spark when I turn the flywheel.

Shoot. Maybe pull the flywheel off and verify the wiring and color coming off each component.
the black/white trigger isn’t plugged into anything. It should plug into the trigger wire on the stator

Can I just not run a kill switch? It’s brand new maybe it could be a fabrication problem?
Most 5 wire scooter cdi is orange to (or black white) to HT, black to ground, green to kill, black white to trigger (or red/white or blue white ) and black red to high voltage (edited)
Yes, I’d think you could run without a kill switch. Yeah, I guess it could be defective. Maybe get out a multimeter and start checking for voltage.
How have you checked for spark? Did you run an actual ground lead from the electrode of your plug to the engine case? If not, you risk blowing out the CDI box. Also, a Le Partie wiring diagram from right here on MA:

hello, I pit the spark plug in the boot against the engine and hand turned the flywheel.
Turn your motor w a drill. Hand spinning too slow
