Angel won't Idle so will clean carb one more time. Might need to replace a part or two.

How is the inside of your tank? If rusty/crusty you will always have issues, get the specs to your carb, (not familiar with your make of moped) and totally disassemble and clean everything, set adjustment screws to factory settings, see that the factory air-box/filter are in place, you are dealing with tiny displacement, even minor deviations in fuel flow/air intake will have profound impacts on how it runs. The people who successfully mod mopeds do more than slap on a high flow filter or pulling baffles out of a pipe, it's a complex process. A lot more thought went into these than most realize.
