Has anyone used this website? Its written in French :) but I dont know French, and the websites translation isnt top notch. Biggest issue is where you try to put your address for shipping. It says my address is incorrect but come on, I even tried using 9 digit zip code, no dice...
They're legit, but like most EU retailers are not optimized for US sales. Typically you need to reach out directly to get an order through.
Shipping is also pretty high cost so do a bulk order with yer homies if ya can
Their purchasing manager really fucked us early on in the pandemic. French post was closed but he still ripped us off for several NOS CEV switches that were simply waiting to clear a closed customs office. Really hurt as a small business.
So far it seems to be telling me I have to select 'st Pierre and michelon' it had some poorly translated message when I put united states as my country. What kjnd of shipping cost are we talking here? I saw a bunch of 103 parts on there and felt geting French bike parts from the source sounded like a good idea
I use them all the time, but I'm in France, so probably helps. They are my go to for ordering stuff for my SPX, but otherwise there is La Becanerie, also good.

What are you looking for that you can’t get form a US supplier. Who already did in trouble of importing the same parts they sell?

I paid in shipping $40 to get a petcock once if that tells you anything. It did arrive in 3 days though but that was like 3 years ago.

That is a real bummer to hear, they have a lot of parts not available though you guys or Treats that I'd like to get my hands on, maybe DOS could try be a US distribution point for them in the future?

Lol I have a distributor account with them actually. I keep meaning to ask their sales dept if the guy that did it still works there.
Well, so far, ive been looking for 103 single speed clutch parts but I know with selection like that, I'll find extra stuff...
