It's not a restrictor. The headset extends into the pipe belly.

Cool! Let us know how you like it. I was thinking about one for my M1 pacer, but I read that they interfere with the center stand, which is a no go for me.

Thanks for the replies! I think I'll try it on the 70cc first. If not much difference I'll try the 60cc bike (ol reliable) next. The 60cc is hitting 38 easily and the 70cc hits over 40mph.

I just measured the mount and it's 10 inches off for the Sebring. The mount on Sebrings is 21 inches from the exhaust flange bolts. I have work to do apparently.

Iam on a malaguti frame bolted into my kickstand bolt and didn't allow me to use kickstand

I thought this also would have to be bolted to frame. I will probably come off the regular rear mount also for more support.
