Oh wow! It looks like this is it! Cimatti Anni (60?). Thanks so much!

Some parts may have been changed over the years. Cimatti used the same fenders and tank, and similar frames.

The rear rack design is similar to a Cimatti, but I can't tell exactly from the photo angle.

The name may be hiding under the paint on the tank.

They also changed year to year, some of the "Anni 60's" are different. (And "Anni" just means "year" in Italian. ) It would just be a "Cimatti 50."

There is also a "vivi" made by viberti that looks close. And Testi looks similar, too.

Many Italian makers used parts from other brands, or even different parts within the same brand, due to availability.

So, it may not be a Cimatti, but that's the closest I can find.

That's what I thought, too, but the rear rack has angled tubes behind the seat.

This was an Italian/European market bike though
