Trying to figure out make and model for this. Not sure if it's been modified. The mounts are M01. Someone had suggested malaguti but not the model. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

looks modified, but then again most italian top tanks were "modified" step through frames anyways. welds look pretty meh, but also a lot moped factory welds are pretty crappy.

I'd guess it's probably a top tanked cosmo colt/ maliguti commuter frame for a morini motor. There was a top tank cosmo colt, but I don't think the tank mounted like that.
