yea flip the ignition source coil. I've had to flip the ignition source coil on a treats e50 CDI to get it to run on a za50 using the e50 combo box. I also didn't time it with the keyway either.
but yea, I've run this parmakit box on my e50 (clockwise rotation) with the e50 treats cdi & no hall sensor. (no coils flipped either, but they are set up right for an e50s clockwise rotation out of the box.)
flipping the magneto 180 seems weird to me, but that could also be a weird case of only a 2 magnet flywheel instead of 4 magnet cdi on the TAT bike.
here's a chart one of our gang members Ed made for a 43mm stroke 90mm conrod set up (direct puch/tomos applications, maybe vespa too??) for the parmakits timing.
