In Germany very few Peugeot 103 have been sold with Sachs 505/2 engines as competition from all gear shifted models of Sachs, Zündapp, Puch and Kreidler was big.
I own one of them but currently stored in pieces.
If someone of you guys wants to change his 103 to Sachs engine I could organize needed parts (mainly rear wing).
Just let me know.

man i can think of about nobody who wouldn't prefer the reverse.
I got one of the batavus grand prix that came mostly with a 103, but i got the sachs version.
I agree for 505/1 automatic engine. But with 2 or 3 gear shift I would prefer the Sachs one.
I would gibt anything for a Grand Prix with Sachs engine. Also very rare in Germany
yea I have built a number of manual sachs, but they dont come to this side often.

What year it was manufactured?
It was only produced in 1980 and 1981and I only know a dozen of them that survived.
No doubt the original Peugeot variator engine is not bad but if someone likes to ride manual shifted moped this is a good alternative.
