I'm serious, I just got my moped back up and running and want to find some people to ride, wrench, and chill with..Or even re-connect with people I've known in the past.

Looks like you got out of bed in time, good job!
I usually sleep a couple of hours a night, it depends. I've been liking waking up early though.
I’d ride w you, but you’re too far away :-(
Everyone's too far away, even people and gangs here in NC. The closest I got is Raleigh which is about an hour and a half away but I haven't talked to them in months. Charlotte is about 4 hours away. I have no idea where else people might be riding, or where any other groups are out of here in NC. (edited)
Maybe there's likeminded folk at the Extreme Action Park?
Too bad you moved out of RVA. I’m in Powhatan.
Hit up makeshift. or did you burn that bridge?
Also if the bike runs, put the keyboard down and go ride it. (edited)

I've been tossing around the idea of going back, but I'm not sure about it.
I love it out here in Powhatan. I ride with the RVA based 7 Hills Scooter Club. Nice folks!

I've met them at a couple of Richmond rallies, great people. Found out more about Vespa's from them then I ever knew.
There’s.a good mix of vintage and modern Vespa riders in the club. The Rebel Rousers attend most of the 50cc friendly rides.

I have no idea what this is supposed to mean?

Things were a bit rocky with me and The Rebel Rousers for a while, it was all over some pretty stupid things and I'm more than willing to squash things with them. I have nothing really against them anymore at all. I'm not happy I've burned some bridges and gave a bad name for myself, but I want to at least find some form of redemption with everyone. I don't think I'm hated as much as I think, but I'd be lying to say that there's probably not animosity there, understandable when this community has done a lot for me and I didn't really give anything back.

Damn, that does look pretty extreme.
Just trying to make things right, thats all I'm trying to do.
Hang in Brandon...just keep your mind clear and do your best to move forward..it might seem hard but you can do it if you really want to
bump
Have you been to the Extreme Action Park yet?
Too extreme.
I'd ride with you but your 3½ hours away
RVA 7 Hills scooter club rally November 5-7. Mopeds welcome. I’ll be there.
I'll see if I can make it, RVA's about 2 1/2-3 hours away.

Oh, are you working that day?
Lol, it's just a good drive away from here. I'll probably go.
Take in the scenery, a micro road trip.
Yeah, I'm gonna go.
If you live in a moped dead area try and start your own scene. Ride your 'ped around as much as possible. Be seen. Go places and do things that require you and your 'ped to be out and about. You might get someone interested and/or uncover some forgotten gems in your area.
I thought about going to the Indian Summer ride as I've known the host forever, but my scooter is my main transportation and I rarely ride it on the weekends. But if you go you'll find everyone is pretty cool. They love anything on 2 wheels.
