I'm moving to the Dubuque area (Peosta) this week and am wondering if there's any moped people out there.....at all. Hit me up!

You need to start a smoke signal!
My brothers up there. Iowa has dumb moped laws.
Come down to MO and ride. They don’t give two shits or a fuck here. Most laid back laws hands down 👐🏼😎. Only in Iowa would they water down and restrict already underpowered cycles🤦🏼♂️ (edited)
I hope to be up in Davenport Labor Day weekend for the AMCA swap meet.
Does that count?
John in Texas
Iowa has the worst moped laws in the country. Like 20mph or some bullshit

Bummer, I’ve thought about coming to Quincy to ride around sometime, not sure I’d love the cops, never did the other times I lived there. But I was only ever pulled over in cars, no cycles back then. Very flat town, and almost as many corner bars as there are intersections.
