Looking for some advice on my idle/throttle.... My 1980 Honda Express II was running just fine and then stopped one day... so I took the carb off and cleaned it up, put it back together and she is back to running... however i am now having an issue with my throttle/throttle cable maybe? It wants to accelerate right away and does not slow down... any ideas or suggestions would be helpful!
